📋 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and md222 ("md222", "We", "Us", "Our"). These Terms apply to all services offered through md222, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, crash games, table games, virtual sports, bingo, and any promotional or bonus programmes.

md222 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, md222 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the platform or email. Continued use of the md222 platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict or discrepancy between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

md222 operates as an online entertainment platform. All references to monetary amounts on the md222 platform use Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT) as the default account currency. Deposits, withdrawals, bets, and bonus values are all denominated in BDT unless explicitly stated otherwise on a specific game or promotional page.

🔞 Eligibility & Age Restriction

By creating an account on md222, you represent and warrant that:

1. You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
2. You are accessing the md222 platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming and sports betting is not prohibited by applicable law.
3. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
4. You are not a person who has previously been self-excluded from the md222 platform or from any other online gaming platform to which md222 has been notified.
5. You understand that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money wagered on the md222 platform.

md222 employs age and identity verification procedures. Where md222 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player may be under the age of 18, md222 will immediately suspend the relevant account pending verification. Any funds deposited by an underage player will be returned to the source payment method after deducting any winnings generated during the period of underage use, as those winnings are void.

Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the md222 platform complies with all laws applicable in their jurisdiction. md222 does not warrant that its services are lawful in any particular jurisdiction and accepts no liability for any player who accesses the platform from a restricted territory.

👤 Account Registration

To access the full range of md222 services — including deposits, withdrawals, live betting, and bonus claims — you must register a personal account. Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on the md222 platform. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
• A valid date of birth confirming you are 18 years of age or older.
• A valid and active mobile number registered in Bangladesh (required for OTP verification and bKash/Nagad transactions).

md222 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the information provided during registration. Acceptable identity documents include the Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), valid Bangladesh passport, or Birth Registration Certificate accompanied by a secondary proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe requested by md222 may result in account suspension and restricted access to withdrawals.

md222 uses 256-bit SSL encryption across all login sessions and cashier pages. Two-factor authentication (2FA) via OTP is available to all registered players and is strongly recommended, particularly for accounts with regular deposit volumes above ৳10,000.

💳 Deposits & Withdrawals

md222 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods specifically selected for Bangladeshi players. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following table summarises the primary payment methods currently available on the md222 platform:

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. md222 reserves the right to request additional KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation before processing withdrawals above ৳20,000. Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible ("same-source withdrawal policy").

md222 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile financial service provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside md222's control. Players are advised to check their provider's fee schedule independently.

Players must not use third-party payment accounts (accounts belonging to other individuals) to deposit into or withdraw from md222. All payment methods used must be registered in the same name as the md222 account holder. Violation of this rule will result in account suspension and the funds in question being placed under review pending investigation.

🎁 Bonus & Promotion Terms

md222 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins offers, cashback promotions, seasonal offers (Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL/IPL season), and referral programmes. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time the bonus is claimed, in addition to the general bonus terms set out below.

The following general bonus terms apply to all md222 promotions unless the specific promotion page states otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated on each promotion page (typically expressed as e.g., "30x bonus amount"). Players must meet the full wagering requirement within the stated validity period or the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage (10%–50%) or may not contribute at all toward bonus wagering. Contribution rates are listed on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonus Validity: All bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus funds or associated winnings not wagered within the validity period will be automatically removed from your account balance. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Maximum Bet Rule: While a bonus is active and pending wagering completion, the maximum permitted bet per round or transaction is ৳500 (or equivalent on sports bets) unless a higher limit is explicitly stated on the promotion page. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any related winnings.
• Bonus Abuse: md222 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reverse any bonus if there is reasonable evidence that the bonus has been claimed in bad faith, through the use of multiple accounts, through coordinated wagering patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, or through any other form of bonus abuse. In serious cases of bonus abuse, md222 may suspend or close the relevant account.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, players may only hold and wager one active bonus at a time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus is still pending wagering may result in the previous bonus being voided.
• Minimum Qualifying Deposit: Most deposit-match bonuses require a minimum qualifying deposit. Deposits made via certain payment methods may be excluded from bonus eligibility — this will be stated on the promotion page where applicable.

⚖️ User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

All md222 players are expected to use the platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the md222 platform:

• Multi-accounting: Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one md222 account, whether directly or through associated individuals.
• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund an md222 account; initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith.
• Collusion: Conspiring with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live poker, live game show titles, or sports betting markets.
• Arbitrage and Value Exploitation: Systematically exploiting pricing errors, bonus structures, or platform anomalies to generate guaranteed profits in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play. md222 reserves the right to void bets placed on manifestly incorrect odds.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, complete wagering requirements, or interact with the platform on your behalf.
• Money Laundering: Using the md222 platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity. md222 will cooperate fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in any investigation of suspected financial crime.
• Underage Participation: Allowing or facilitating access to the md222 platform by any person under the age of 18.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward md222 staff or other players via any communication channel including live chat, email, or game chat features.

md222 employs real-time fraud detection systems, transaction monitoring software, and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, md222 reserves the right to immediately suspend the account in question, void all affected bets and transactions, confiscate any balance associated with the prohibited activity, and permanently close the account.

Players who believe they have been incorrectly flagged for prohibited conduct may submit a formal dispute to [email protected] with supporting evidence. md222 will review all formal disputes in good faith and within a reasonable timeframe.

🔐 Account Suspension & Closure

Players may request the voluntary closure of their md222 account at any time by contacting customer support. Before processing a closure request, md222 will confirm the player's identity and ensure that any pending withdrawal requests are processed. Voluntary closure requests will be acted upon within 5 business days of receipt.

Players who wish to take a break from gambling rather than permanently close their account may use the Responsible Gaming tools available in the account dashboard, including:

• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary restriction on deposits and betting activity for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) while the account remains open.
• Self-Exclusion: A permanent or long-term exclusion from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period. See our Responsible Gaming page for full details.
• Deposit Limits: A voluntary cap on daily, weekly, or monthly deposit amounts, which takes effect immediately when set and requires a cooling-off period before being increased.

md222 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account without prior notice in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; failure to complete required identity or age verification within a specified timeframe; or upon instruction from relevant legal or regulatory authorities.

🛡️ Limitation of Liability

md222 provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While md222 makes every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available, secure, and free of errors at all times, md222 does not warrant that:

• The platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times, including during periods of scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or events outside md222's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Any particular game outcome is guaranteed or that any specific return-to-player (RTP) rate will be achieved in any individual session.
• Third-party game providers will not experience technical faults, disconnections, or errors that affect game outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, md222's total liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

md222 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill, arising from the use of or inability to use the md222 platform, even if md222 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error that results in a game round being interrupted before a result is determined, md222 will make every reasonable effort to reconstruct the game state from server logs and credit the player's account with the correct outcome. Where reconstruction is not possible, md222's standard policy is to return the bet stake to the player's account balance. md222's determination of the correct resolution in such circumstances is final.

md222 is not responsible for any telecommunications, internet, or network failures that affect a player's ability to connect to the platform, place bets, or complete transactions. Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable and secure internet connection when using the md222 platform.
